I’ve been doing this for over 30 years. During that time, I’ve helped hundreds and hundreds of team owners globally understand the value of their business.

What we do is a 21-point assessment of the things that are going to affect the value or the saleability of your team. We're looking for strengths and weaknesses in your team. A lot of you start a team because you love real estate and all of a sudden you're making a lot of money but at the end of the day folks we're all getting out of real estate. If not by choice, by death

So my recommendation to you is to do what Stephen covey taught us years ago: Think with the end in mind. The end in mind means knowing that you will eventually leave the business by selling it for maximum value. Know what your exit strategy is going to be. Know what your strengths and weaknesses are as a team.

Here's a quick story.

One of my clients felt his team was worth $300 000. He is 66 years old and was ready to walk away and find somebody to buy his business. As we work through his value enhancements and started making the changes prior to finding somebody to buy his team, we increased that value from $300,000 to a million dollars and it closed successfully shortly afterwards.

I's all about knowing you have a plan in place and you're working to affect the necessary changes to maximize the value and saleability of your team that you have spent years and countless hours at building.

So let's plan your future in a glorious way. Request a complimentary 21-Point Assessment of your team's strengths, weaknesses and opportunities which is the first step to creating an Exit Strategy that is engineered for maximum value and saleability.
